MARITIME LABOUR CONVENTION SEAFARERS COMPLAINTS
MLC 2006 stipulates that the seafarers shall have the right to log a complaint. Any complaint which cannot be resolved on board can be addressed to the Crew Manager.
To log a complaint with the Crew Manager please send an email to: email@example.com
If seafarers are not satisfied with the handling of the complaint, seafarers shall have the right to approach the DPA of the company at the final stage, after the complaint was addressed to the company’s Crew Manager, regardless the seamen's right to approach the flag.

Notwithstanding the above Complaints concerning Discrimination, Harassment & Bullying
You may approach the Master on board or the DPA directly to report any incidents you have suffered.
The Master is the first point of contact for complaints.
You may approach the DPA Directly in the following cases:
If the master is the alleged perpetrator
If you are not satisfied with the handling of the complaint by the master.
You do not feel comfortable with raising a complaint to the Master.
