PSF- PERSONAL SAVING FUND

XT Shipping allocates funds to the “Personal Saving Fund” that are accumulated for each Officer which can total to hundreds of thousands of dollars per officer.  

 

This fund has good conditions: with high interest and special grants that are added with time.

Each officer is entitled to withdraw the money once he has completed 900 days of sea time every 5 years.
