Power Platform Developer (Power BI and Microsoft 365 Power Apps)

WHAT YOU’LL DO?

• Design and Development
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Create and optimize data models for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Preparing the data and creating data models as per solution requirements.
  • Develop custom visualizations to meet specific business needs.
  • Use Microsoft 365 Power Apps to build custom business applications.
  • Integrate Power BI reports and dashboards into Power Apps.

 

• Data Analysis and Management
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them to data requirements.

 

• Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with business users to define and refine reporting and app requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
  • Document technical designs and processes.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Power BI and Power Apps.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to BI and app solutions.
  • Implement security measures and data governance policies.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED?

 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong experience with Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
