Administrative & HR coordinator in Athens


Management representative/reporting directly to VP of global human resources.

What you’ll do?

  • Managing the local personnel as per the company’s policy and instructions
  • Submitting, following and enforcing company’s policies as per the headquarter instructions.
  • Sourcing and Recruitment for open positions at the Greek office.
  • control the payroll cycle as per the local labor law (be in contact with the local suppliers).
  • In charge of employees’ welfare
  • In charge of the maintenance of office facilities.
  • Managing annual projects as per Headquarter requirements.
  • Main point of contact for any local regulation inquiries.

What you’ll need?

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR roles
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Managerial skills
  • Knowledge in labor laws
