Bookkeeper

WHAT YOU’LL DO?

• Perform all activities related to the accounts payable, including reviewing, registration, and processing payments.
• Perform all activities related to the accounts receivable, including invoicing, receipts, and reconciliations.
• Registration of direct debit and credit card invoices
• Bank reconciliations on a daily basis
• To respond to all vendors (Israeli and foreign)/clients’ inquiries
• To assist with other ad hoc accounting tasks/projects as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL NEED?

• Certificate bookkeeper – a must
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Extensive knowledge with MS Office (mainly Excel and Outlook)
• High-level English – writing and speaking
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Well-organized with the ability to prioritize
• Accurate and proactive
• Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
• Accurate and proactive
• Experience in the maritime sector is an advantage.
